Karole F. Lloyd is Vice Chair and Southeast Regional Managing Partner for Ernst & Young. For the last seven years, she has also served as a member of the U.S. Executive Board, Americas Operating Executive and the Global Practice Group at EY. Since taking the southeast regional leadership role in 2009, she has augmented the business with full-scale advisory and transaction consulting services. Under her leadership, the region doubled its annual revenue to exceed $1.3 billion. Lloyd also serves as the senior advisory partner for Delta Air Lines, WestRock and the Coca-Cola Company. Within the Atlanta community, Lloyd serves on the board of trustees and executive committee of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce; the United Way of Greater Atlanta and The Rotary Club of Atlanta. She supports many colleges and universities, including serving on the president’s advisory council and the board of visitors at the University of Alabama.

Sam Williams is one of the nation’s leading experts on urban competitiveness. He ran the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce for 17 years and Central Atlanta Progress for two years. He continues to work at the intersection of business, government and academia through his consulting firm, Business City Partnerships, and as a professor at Georgia State University’s Andrew Young School of Policy Studies. Formerly he served as a partner and COO with Portman Properties, a global architect-development company, and as president of America’s Mart for 13 years. He has been named as one of Georgia Trend’s Most Influential Georgians every year from 1990­2014, and has received the Governor’s International Lifetime Achievement Award. A native of Tennessee, he is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School.

Best known as co-founder of The Home Depot, Arthur Blank's growing portfolio includes the Atlanta Falcons, PGA TOUR Superstore, The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, Mountain Sky Guest Ranch in Montana and more. Blank and the Falcons, in partnership with the city of Atlanta and state of Georgia, are the private funders of the new Atlanta stadium, which will open in 2017. Oberhelman is chairman and chief executive officer of Caterpillar Inc., the world’s leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines and diesel-electric locomotives. Oberhelman joined Caterpillar in 1975 and has held a number of positions in finance, marketing, and operations worldwide. In October 2009, the Caterpillar Board of Directors named Oberhelman vice chairman and CEO-Elect.
