The IRS has a series of questions they ask when determining if a company is legally or illegally paying their drivers correct. They call it the "IRS 20 factor test". CHILD MOLESTER OFFERS FREE RIDES IN SEMI. 59-year-old Travis Wayne Vavra lured young children into his tractor-trailer for a chance to see the country on an adventure. He did this by pretending to be a person that cares about our youths and wanting to give children a chance to travel at his expense. He posted attractive posters and fliers at which he transported minors from Texas to California and as far north as Wisconsin to Illinois. During these trips he sexually assaulted a 9 year old, which lasted a very long period. Prior to the period of May of 2015 to June of 2019 when Vavra molsted the 9 year old, he was also responsible for the molestation of 2 other minors. Vavra is facing a minimum of ten years in prison just for the transportation of minors and possession of child pornography. • When Truck Drivers Snap

    28/06/2021 Duration: 01h26min

WHEN TRUCK DRIVERS SNAP. It is statistically known, that when pushed too far, a man can go off the deep end. Truck drivers are under allot of pressure to begin with. They were probably in an altered state, say Flo Conway and Jim Siegelman, authors of “Snapping: America’s Epidemic of Sudden Personality Change.” The communication researchers define snapping as a sudden, drastic alteration of personality — but say the snap may actually be a long time in coming. Read more about this in The Seattle Times. In the past there have been episodes where a trucker has snapped to the point of no return. Recently Troy spoke about an incident that happened in the 90's. A truck driver that worked for Transcontinental Refrigerated Lines or TRL, drove his truck from California to the terminal in Pittston PA. After arriving he walked into the dispatch office with a loaded .38 revolver. He proceeded to execute his dispatcher. He then waited for the police to arrive and arrest him. Reports back then said that it was an ong

  • Flip Flop Truckers Legal or not?

    21/06/2021 Duration: 42min

FLIP FLOP TRUCKERS LEGAL OR NOT? Is there a law that prohibits a truck driver from wearing certain foot attire? The simple answer is "no" it is not illegal to wear flip flops while driving a semi truck. However, if one gets into an accident and the cause is the flip flops, then you may be in trouble and pay a heavy fine. There is no legal rule on what you may and may not use but there is a rule called "rule 97", which says that any foot wear warn while driving must not hinder the driver from performing the task of driving. FLIP FLOP TRUCKERS LEGAL OR NOT? Just because it's legal, does not mean you should do it, if it is unsafe. Drivers that use proper foot wear to drive in like tennis shoes, work boots and such have a .02 seconds reaction time but studies show that those that wear flop flops to drive in, are at double that rate. 1.4 million accidents have been recorded that were caused by foot wear being the blame. • Truck Stops Ripping Off Truckers

    06/06/2021 Duration: 37min

TRUCK STOPS RIPPING OFF TRUCKERS. Does America even know what truck drivers are charged for just a bottle of soda at a truck stop? For that matter, do ordinary people know what a truck driver is charged just for every day items that he/she may need? Truckers are many times held hostage by a truck stop. They have no where else to park and shop at an every day normal grocery store, so they are forced to pay truck stop prices. Johnny Acid recently went in to a truck stop to buy a bottle of head n shoulders. The price was just under 12 dollars. The average bottle at Walmart ran about 6 to 7 dollars, making the truck stop price double. It ids very common for a truck driver to have a bill that is double and some times even triple the normal price on the market. When you drive a big rig, you may not park in most common parking lots, such as Walmart, Target and many other shopping stores. Most of the big name common stores have a tow policy if a semi truck is caught parking in their lot. Many truck d

    17/05/2021 Duration: 41min

THE LAZY TRUCKERS OF AMERICA. America is hurting right now and truck drivers that refuse to work are no help. A high percentage of Truckers are still at home collecting money while their brothers and sisters are out on the long road delivering freight across America. This is not only a trucker problem but also a person problem. Ever since the covid-19 issues in 2020, Americans are still trying to hold onto the free money that was given out during uncertain times. Many Americans have been getting an extra chunk of money added unto their unemployment compensation. Many people are taking home $900 per week or better which means there is no need to work. The government has been basically paying people to stay home. What this does is, it insights laziness. Which n turn puts a strain more and more on the working class people, after all it is their labor that is supporting the man that refuses to work. It also is putting America more in debt by the second. We need you. When the corona virus struck last year,
