Today I get a little bit vulnerable, outlining some personal situations I have endured that have really caused a loss of self. I think it is very common to lose oneself at such a young age and to really struggle after difficult situations to identify who we really are. Today I talk about making decisions, trying new things, and the white noise that seems to plague All of us as we get older that keeps us from being able to do these things. How do we cut through the noise? How do we find ourselves again? How do we battle against the difficult situations that we have been in? This is my opinion and my take on my own process, and one that I believe the express is the anecdote that we must always rally for ourselves.
