Meaning flat tyres in your body, is something that needs to be addressed, Matt shares his 'old man' flat tyre of his achilles tendonitis. Ben gives the listeners an update on Brom, his new puppy. He was paid a visit by the puppy whisperer, and now it is time to put all that into action with Brom. The puppy whisperer mentioned there should be negative reinforcement when training a dog. Gines makes a comparison to why we don't do that actively with children anymore. Mainstream society is shy to let children know they are doing something wrong. But if they do tell them they are doing something wrong, it is so PC the watered down it has no effect on the children's behaviour. They acknowledge that there is always extremes that are still very present in society.

However, now you need to actively participate in the healing, otherwise, there are two options; you don't heal or it takes a lot longer than needed. During this time we watched a lot of Star Wars.
