This week Gines shares that he has been a bit flat lately, and Ben acknowledges the value of being honest. This does not mean to take woe me approach but to be aware it is not all sunshine and rainbows. They explore the notion, for there to be light there needs to be a shadow, to have a mountain peak there must be a valley and etc. So often we do not look at the need of the shadow.
