    03/08/2023 Duration: 19min

She gave her opinion on Summer Walker's rant this week and is convinced she is the problem. Do you ever feel like you need a hug sometimes? 16/07/2023 Duration: 27min

This week KayTheRebel releases a 2nd episode surrounding mental health. She spoke about the misconceptions surrounding being "healed" and chimed in on how the process is not as black & white as folks make it seem. While giving a real life example of her childhood trauma (being bullied as a kid), she was able to connect that to her adulthood trauma. She told the audience "my trigger's triggers got triggers" to place emphasis on why the journey of healing is often tough.

  • Episode 154- Self Reflection & Therapy Sessions 3.0

    10/07/2023 Duration: 34min

KayTheRebel returns this week and delivers content centered around mental health. While providing her listeners with an explanation for her 2-3 month absence, she shared all of her moments of self-reflection within the past 6-9 months in the most organic/transparent way. She discussed why she returned to therapy and why it will always be a part of her life. The two biggest assignments from her therapist were completed in 2022 and shared that experience with listeners while encouraging everyone to give therapy a shot. Change your thinking, change your life!!!

  • Episode 153- Short End Of The Stick

    11/05/2023 Duration: 13min

On this week's episode, KayThe Rebel talks about a trigger of her which she remains silent about; feeling unappreciated. She touches base on getting the short end of the stick in a lot of situations in love, friendship and even family. It is very bothersome how people don't return the same energy/love that you give them. Will there ever be some sort of balance between the givers and the takers?

  • Episode 152- Spinning The Block (Why Me)

    02/05/2023 Duration: 09min

After another brief hiatus, KayTheRebel returns with a short and sweet episode addressing an issue that she no longer glorifies; exes reconnecting and re-engaging without pure intentions. She talked about how it can be damaging sometimes or that she often feels triggered by it. Do these men do this to only her or all their other exes too? She's tired of the false narrative that she's "missed" or the "one who got away". Find someone else to play with!!

  • Episode 151- Triggers Ft. Bam

    22/03/2023 Duration: 01h19min

This week KayTheRebel sits down with "Bam", the host of the Bam LaFlare Podcast and chops it up about triggers. First, they kept it light and discussed hot topics in Hollywood and then proceeded to discuss their personal triggers as well as triggers of some of their listeners. Does being w/ a "runner" trigger you? When you meet someone who is lacking financially, can that be a trigger too? Is the way in which your partner does/does not respond to conflict a trigger?

  • Episode 150- No Husband, No Problem

    02/02/2023 Duration: 19min

After hearing all of the chatter regarding black women not being married, KayTheRebel decided it was best to approach the mic and spin her perspective on the topic. She shared an argument from a popular influencer on Instagram which helped guide her thoughts/opinions about women who are in their 30s/40s and unmarried. She wants to encourage more women to accept their marital status as single and be okay with the fact that they may never get married. The episode ended with multiple affirmations for black women who are currently single.

  • Episode 149- Get Me Outta Here

    02/02/2023 Duration: 27min

This week KayTheRebel talks about what the year 2022 looked like when it came to dating. She shared stories of experiences she had throughout the year which led to her decision to stop dating altogether. Finding someone who aligns with you and someone you can have organic chemistry with seems far and a few. Dating apps are canceled and the chances of meeting a gentleman in person are unlikely. Maybe one day she will date again, but for now she's all set!!

  • Episode 148- Pick Someone Else

    02/02/2023 Duration: 22min

After a very long break, KayTheRebel comes through emptying the entire clip as she expresses her disdain for the "Protect black women" movement. She addresses the inconsistencies within the movement and questioned when or why it even started. For a person who is not gender-biased, she really feels the narrative that black women are most unprotected is only being used for convenience and sometimes to promote victimization. When it comes to this movement, she does not want to be associated and would like for yall to pick someone else.

  • Episode 147- Lessons For My Daughter

    16/11/2022 Duration: 23min

This week KayTheRebel returns with a heartfelt episode regarding parenting. She spoke in depth about what her experience is raising a daughter and how it has never been easy. She openly admitted to a few mistakes she's made and how she is actively working towards being a better parent.

  • Episode 146- Yall Fumble Your Friends Too

    05/10/2022 Duration: 21min

This week KayTheRebel returns from a two month break and discusses friendships amongst women. She discussed her experience with coming to the realization that although someone is your close friend, there are sometimes levels to it. Just because someone labels you a "bestie" doesn't mean that you truly are. Why don't more women show up for their friends as they do for men? Why is love and energy overall not always reciprocated?

  • Episode 145- IDK Who Needs To Hear This

    15/08/2022 Duration: 25min

This week KayTheRebel dropped an episode filled with unsolicited advice. LOL. Be happy when people find love (even if it doesn't fit your standard). Many of y'all have twisted the definition of loyalty to your liking & need to quit the BS. Forgiveness is trash; it doesn't do anything except encourage ppl to keep playing with you. Stop personalizing other people's journey. Not everyone is worthy of blessings.

  • Episode 144- Dying Alone

    20/07/2022 Duration: 23min

This week KayTheRebel talks about an uncomfortable topic and shares her thoughts on it. After witnessing so many people say they're giving up on love or just feeling like love is hiding under a rock for most single folks, she openly admitted she is okay with "dying alone". She made reference to Lauren London's recent interview w/ Angie Martinez and shared two short stories to provide further insight on the topic. Listen to this episode, but also learn from it. !!!

  • Episode 143- Please Stfu

    13/07/2022 Duration: 01h34min

On this 90 min episode, KayTheRebel and her guest @WittyEmpress918 practically emptied the entire clip. After months of watching men on social media platforms overly use 2 words (submission & aggression), they felt it was time to speak up and set the record straight. Both ladies felt those words are being misused in the midst of creating false narratives when it comes to how women are perceived in the world of dating. They're challenging men to really study the true definition of those words and alter their perspectives. Essentially when you're pointing the finger at women; there are 3 pointing right back at you!!!!

  • Episode 142- Be Mindful

    13/06/2022 Duration: 24min

This week KayTheRebel returns and discusses infidelity from the perspective of a woman. While watching this season of Marriage Bootcamp: Hip Hop Edition, she became triggered while watching Rich Dollaz speak with Lyrica about how she needed to push forward and fully forgive her husband. KayTheRebel broke down the different stages that women go through while trying to overcome the traumas associated with infidelity. No one should rush that process; especially men who cheat!!!

  • Episode 141- Create Your Own Love/ Am I Tripping?

    11/05/2022 Duration: 17min

This week KayTheRebel shares her perspective on how folks should start shying away from saying they want love like someone else (whether celebrities, movies, parents etc). She feels that in matters of love, people should want to create their own stories in real time because no 2 love stories will ever mimic one another. The episode ended with her talking about being unable to establish a connection in the early stages of dating & meeting someone.

  • Episode 140- Lies & False Equations

    20/04/2022 Duration: 01h01min

This week KaytheRebel brings back her favorite guest @WittyEmpress918 who posed a question "Would you prefer a traditional or millennial marriage"? The inspiration behind the question came from a new series on NetFlix titled "The Ultimatum". They discussed finances in a marriage and/or long term relationship after taking a small poll with men; asking if they would pay all household bills or split 50/50. The topic got a little heated as both ladies were annoyed with the responses. Both ladies agreed that they would prefer a traditional marriage over a millennial marriage anyday. (Spoiler Alert: Details of The Ultimatum were discussed)

  • Episode 139- Who Taught You

    10/04/2022 Duration: 19min

After being missing for a month, KayTheRebel returned with an insightful episode. This week she talked about all of the things that her mother taught her growing up and how it showed up in her adult life. She also talked about lessons she wish she had learned such as vetting men properly, managing her emotions and how to embrace femininity. At the end of the episode, she challenged her listeners to think about things they wish someone had taught them.

  • Episode 137- Staying Too Long

    01/03/2022 Duration: 16min

This week KayTheRebel records an episode that was pitched by a faithful listener. She discussed her first-hand experience with staying too long in a relationship that no longer served her. How most of the times we stay in relationships longer than we should when mistreated because we don't always see a way out. People stay for children, fear or even finances. She encouraged everyone to leave unhealthy relationships. #GetOut #Find YourHappy
