When it comes to her physique goals, there are no barriers. For her first competition, she did have a coach. After the competition, her relationship with food suffered. She was confused on how to reintroduce foods that were forbidden during competition prep back into her diet. So, she decided she wanted to learn more about nutrition. Heather believes in science-based nutrition and fitness. She counts macro-nutrients to manage weight—not numbers on the scale.
