Hour 1 with Joe Starkey: Who should we root for in the Bengals-Ravens matchup? A Ravens win could bury the Bengals in the division race. A Cincinnati win could grow the Steelers divisional lead. We hear from Mike Tomlin and newest Steelers Mike Williams and Preston Smith on how they could factor into the team's success.

Hour 2 with Joe Starkey: Steelers analyst Chris Hoke joined the show for the full hour. Chris explains how Steelers defensive lineman have to get off blocks quicker. Brian Robinson is a big part of the Commanders offense and a key to stopping Washington. Najee's vision at the line of scrimmage has led to better runs and being aggressive.
