The aim of this program is to give the support that athletes are screaming out for to lay the foundations to platform from.So much thought, knowledge and experience has gone into this program to make it transferable for athletes who are in the twilight of their careers or who have already retired and are facing the challenges of their new reality. A massive since of lost identity can follow a great career, no matter what level you compete at. The loss is one that can have seriously negative outcomes for the retired athlete.
