Synopsis
The Rowe.rs podcast is a series of conversations with athletes, coaches, coxes, support staff and more in rowing. Coach education in rowing is improving all the time and we are excited to be part of that. We have found during the development of our Rowe.rs platform that both technology and best practice are not always being shared. People keep some of this information for themselves, they see it as their competitive advantage. But we believe in a much more open source mentality.
