The boys are back in townnnnn! Bob is back up north so we did a special weekend episode. We get an update from Bob on puppies, training, hunt tests and more. This week, the Lone Duck crew interrupts some turkey scouting to speak with Shawn Stahl, a dog guy with a goose hunting problem. Shawn currently works with RNT calls and is fortunate to spend a lot of his time in the field. He has incredible stories and a ton of knowledge about dog training, calling and hunting all over the country. Bob and Kevin talk with Todd Waldron from the East to West Hunting Podcast about his experiences hunting and fishing in the Adirondack Wilderness. As a forestry expert and the NY Chair for BHA, Todd is extremely knowledgeable about public lands and he even shares a few great stories. I really enjoyed our conversation with Todd; he’s certainly a role model for fellow conservationists.

Bob and Kevin talk with Blaine Tarnecki about his training philosophy and his talented Boykins. Blaine shares various training tips that makes him unique and also talks about his experiences at The Grand. This episode is incredibly insightful and definitely one of my favorites. The Lone Duck crew has a drink with the incredible host of the Project Upland podcast, Nick Larson. This is a longer episode than usual because we really enjoyed speaking with Nick and hey, that’s what happens when you start talking dogs and grouse.
