The whole world is changing hopefully for the better, or at least for those of us who have been doing the inner work. It’s time for us to stop accepting old patterns of thought that hurt us as a whole. Today I’m talking about women, specifically black women. I am so tired of the stereotype of the angry black woman. ALL women get it, when you know what you want and go for it, you can get labeled as a bitch or aggressive, rather than assertive or knowing your vision. I saw a post online of some young men saying their preference in dating, now if you have listened before or if you know me then you know I am down with the swirl. Checking in with Andre, it’s been so long since we recorded! We’re getting used to the new normal, are we okay with expressing happiness now? Some folks are still uber cautious and we should be careful, but are we getting programmed to be apart? Are we getting programmed into fear? I saw a few hundred people in the mall and I was not feeling being there, I normally really only like crowds when I’m behind the booth or on a stage, BUT I felt like I had been programmed. I really believe it takes a special person to be in a monogamous relationship. Is it possible that women can turn the tide on bringing monogamy back? In the middle of the quarantine I recorded some thoughts on how the world went off on Justin Timberlake about the 24 hr parenting in his big ol' 2nd house, nobody felt for him. 24 hr parenting in a mansion is way different than a 1000 sq ft place the mommy mommy mommy look at me is no joke. Discussing the reopening, our state opens June 20th, the new normal, it seems we are creating a new better world.  In the wake of the protests and the murder of George Floyd, damn the looters,  we peaceful protesters are making a point. Police officers are supposed to be seen as heroes, they do have a dangerous job, but the systematic racism has clouded their judgment. Looting not the answer, but why do humans only respond to violence? Kaepernick was kneeling and that was a problem. Why are we mad at Jay Z? Is it possible people are clout chasing talking smack to keep the BS going? This episode: The light at the end of the tunnel of lockdown 2020?  Staying Safe at home.  Speaking of staying safe, I want to talk about women's safety, this topic is hitting close to home so it's time to maybe speak on some experience.  Independent women are not exempt from finding themselves in some serious shit.  Did our periods set us up to deal with pain in life? Day 1 million 500 thousand of lockdown 2020, how are you doing?? Me, I'm doing alright finding things to appreciate in the face of fear,  which is NOT always easy! This whole thing is not a hoax we need to focus on wanted not unwanted.  What I want, to be able to manifest wanted no matter what is going on around me, No matter who is around me. This is a time when we want to be very confident in the advice or words we share.   I was wondering how do we manifest when you have to spend the majority of your time inside?  Well, the universe/God showed up and showed out in the lil ways that matter the most. Sharing some manifest stories from last week.  Intention or satisfaction is the manifestation game?  

Since we're all pretty much stuck at home this is bringing out the best of those of us who grew up in the 90's. We got use to not having anything to do but watch tv.  Single folks are rejoicing right now. Scary times call for strong hearts! I wasn't going to address what's going on but I cannot keep quiet. Apparently we all want to live! The good things that will come because of the virus, and what our job is what we really can do to help.  Calling out all spiritual leaders and lightworkers.  Declaring the good to come Build your faith and immune system every day not just in crisis.  Exercise, eat well focus and meditate. We all go through difficulties in life and these past few months have been trying!
