Not a lot of ear-popping headlines this week, but things to talk bout nonetheless. The CHL playoffs have wrapped and teams are now on to the Memorial Cup. NHL Conference Championships are in full swing. And, oh yeah, the "circle game" is now a white supremacist thing? WTF? We rant about that and other worldly atrocities. Ferda!

A special treat this week! The boys got a chance to sit down with WHL All-Star and all around good guy, Parker AuCoin. We get his take on the NHL playoffs, the importance of billet families to junior hockey, and one of the best "chirps" he has heard on the ice. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the best hour of your week. At this point, most people's picks are out the window. And you know what? We say, AWESOME! This has been one of the most exciting playoffs in recent history, and we're just wrapping up round one! Playoffs!? Playoffs? Apparently we know nothing about the playoffs. To be fair (in unison) most people didn't have CBJ winning against the almighty TBL. But here we are. The first round of the NHL is quickly closing with upsets had and to be had it seems. The WHL is in the Conference Championship round which is exciting. It's the most wonderful time of the year. It's April. The regular season has ended for some, is ending for others, and champions have or will soon be hoisting cups. It's bittersweet. This episode, the boys give some predictions, call out some salty fans, and discuss the future of the game and women's hockey...which is the future in our opinion. Listen, share, review. Ferda!

Things get weird this time of year as storylines start to come to a close for some...like the Buffalo Sabres. We talk WHL playoffs, congratulate the Minnesota Whitecaps, and unveil some early predictions for the NHL playoffs. Also, NHL to Seattle fever is starting to ramp up here as we draw closer to name and branding announcements for the 32nd team.

Houtz is back this week with a ravishing weather report...not really. But you know us, it wouldn't be complete if we didn't talk about the weather. On top of that, we say congrats to a record setting goaltender, we talk BCHL and WHL playoffs, and we rant about our least favorite things at the rinks...one involves shirts coming off. Yikes!

When only 2/3rds of the team is able to record, things can go off the rails pretty quickly. Exhibit A...this episode. There is hockey talk, including evil things afoot in Boston, loving embraces in Montreal, and a gut check for Long Island. But there is a lot of other riff riff as well. We take a stab at the world of women's hockey this week (among other topics), and fail miserably. A huge apology to Team USA's Brianna Decker, who unofficially bested Oilers forward Leon Draisaitl in the Premier Passer event. In this episode, we said it was Kendall Coyne Schofield. We were wrong. It won't happen again (actually it probably will). Now, I don't know about you, but we're feeling 22! Ferda!

The boys are back at it! We got back to talking (mostly) hockey this week. The season is heading for the dog days as we approach All Star weekend, but we can always find something to ramble aimlessly about. Less taint talk this week too...that's a positive, right? We're back! It's been awhile...the boys explain why in the latest episode. Lot's of tragedies, but lot's of triumph as well.

This week's episode, which was supposed to be last week's episode, is brought to you by the plague. The boys all powered through recording...and then fell victim to being sick so this sat in the can for five days. Anyway, here it is. Lot's going on this week in the hockey world...not the least of them is the fact that you shouldn't air your dirty laundry in the back of a paid ride service. Geesh! Everyone is now a snitch. As the 2018-19 season has started to unwind, some trends have become evident...good and bad. Some teams are terrible, some are surprisingly successful. One thing remains constant though...it's really hard to keep fans happy. So we figure, maybe the problem is that the bar is too high. Let's lower that greatness meter. Kyle, Kory, and Aaron share some thoughts on how that can happen. Oh, and Kyle will probably remember this week's episode.
