 Listen as Pastor Ed Russo shares part three of Cultivating Spiritual Disciplines. This week Pastor reminded the congregation that there is power in the word of our father. He reminded us that God's word is like soap that cleanses us, that his word is the sword we fight with, that his word is our spiritual bread, that his word is our spiritual milk, and that his word is our spiritual meat.

That when we pray, we should also be listing for a response because he is speaking to us. He also reminded the congregation that when you are praying remember that you are praying and talking to the King of Kings, the Lord or Lords.

As we step into our 21 day fast Pastor spoke about how come it is hard to fast. He explained to the congregation that the reason humans find it hard to fast is because Satan doesn't want us to fast; if we are able to gain control over food, we would have gained control over the exact thing that caused Adam and Eve to fall in the Garden of Eden.
