As we step into our 21 day fast Pastor spoke about how come it is hard to fast. He explained to the congregation that the reason humans find it hard to fast is because Satan doesn't want us to fast; if we are able to gain control over food, we would have gained control over the exact thing that caused Adam and Eve to fall in the Garden of Eden.
