    I'm Trainer Dane and I empower women 45 years of age and older to live with purpose, passion, grow strong and age with awesomeness! Listen in as I share a portion of a podcast I shared in 2018. The message holds true today. It may even be more true now then when it aired in 2018. I could have started the first episode of the year like most of the fitness world and talked about running or bench press, supplements or basically the same thing that has happened for decades and decades in the world of fitness, but that isn't what Think and Be Fit: Fitness Redesigned is all about. I had racked my brain for days and days on what content to put out in the world and then I opened an email from Jeff Davidson,  Co CEO at Camp Gladiator. His 10 Hopes for the year resonated with me and I had to share. I have printed them out and placed them on my vision board, so that I will remember to be present, embrace the pain and make the world a better place by sharing my heart and enthusiasm.  *******  Do whatever

Harvard Medical School reports that people who accumulated exercise in very short bursts and who got at least 30 minutes of moderate activity five days a week had a lower body mass index (BMI, a measure of weight versus height) than those who didn’t get 150 minutes of exercise a week.
