She started with Isagenix 3 years ago.   One of the most important things someone can do to get healthy is to start small. Big changes aren't manageable long term, so you really should start small.  If you fall off the wagon, just say, "Oh my gosh I had a bad meal today,” and then get back on the wagon. You won't be perfect, just aim for progress over the long term. Plan your cheat days. Getting healthy is NOT about restricting yourself.   It’s important to do something you can manage until it's a habit.
