Justin Cotter, amazing student teacher for both Ms. Schalk and I, talks to us after being hired as a TOC by Delta and Surrey. Also, it is revealed that he is an excellent dancer. Khushi helps us start this episode with updates on events and other stranger things.

Bradley Lambert, student, guitarist, and welder joins us in the detention room (a la Folsom Prison Blues but not quite) to talk about his passion for music, building things, and all things guitar. Mr. Bonikowsky joins in on a 12 bar blues jam session and talks about his own rock n' roll experiences. Jivan Johal (one of many musical collaborators with Brad) opens up with the latest events at Delview.

Basketball coach and teacher Vlad Nikic talks about life in Yugoslavia, psychology, mental health, being a teacher, and of course basketball. There is no way you can listen and not feel the passion this man has for everything he does. Mr. Turpin joins me as Mr. Nikic shares his appreciation for the Delview family and shares his most recent story of surviving personal tragedy.

Former White Caps defender and our very well loved Youth Care Worker Diaz joins us to talk about immigrating from Uganda, soccer, and life as a pro athlete. Mr. Turpin makes up for my severe lack of soccer knowledge (and brief absence to deal with an issue) and members of the Class of 2016 join me for updates.

The multi-talented Beth Scott talks to us about unicycling, band, singing, dancing, musical theatre, Alexander Hamilton, anxiety, NYC, dogs, acting, improv, and more! My new co-host Shagun is fired Trump-style (even though she told me she'd be late). This was recorded during our 30 Hour Famine (sorry no clips!).

Ms. Hanson joins us in a conversation with Youth Olympic Athlete Giovanna Barros who recently played for the Brazilian Curling Team in Lillehammer Norway. She talks about curling, The Youth Olympics, Brazilian food, culture, and the upcoming Olympics in Rio. What are you waiting for? Just listen! Calm down Shia.

Delview alumni Connor Lyons, Karan Randhawa, and Kushant Gounder drop by to talk about movie ratings, University life, speed cubing, professors, weird grading, coding, and other stuff for almost an hour and a half! Yes, we broke a record. Also Jshan is back to tell us about the week ahead and the We Are Love Festival coming up on Feb. 25th.

Kayla and Alyssa talk about the new play they have written, directed, and produced! It is a mystery called "UNKNOWN" and you will be able to watch it on January 11th - 13th at the Patti Hillman Theatre at Delview. Ms. Hanson joins us again, this time with her magic potions and Marinelle updates us on what's going on for the next couple of days before the holidays. Super-talented Jivan Johal has a piano-side chat with Mr. Hoskyn and I about how he got started, piano lessons, composing his own music, inspirations, and improv. He dazzles us with a couple of impromptu performances and even brings down the podcast with his dark piano witchcraft. Shivneel starts the podcast with some updates and his crazy accents.

Mark Turpin, our new Drama teacher talks about Bond, the philosophy of "YES", theatre company, Lawrence Welk, jazz music, singing, failure, improv, musical theatre, writing, languages, and inquiry. Fellow teacher Deborah Hanson joins us and we find out she's a dancer! Jshan, Vinny, and Shagun open the show with some school event updates and we get attacked by a giant woodpecker.

Student L.A. Hernandez who composed the Raideo Podcast theme song talks about his process for creating EDM (electronic dance music). Also Shagun gives us some updates on upcoming school events.

I was getting ready for the first Raideo Podcast ever when our awesome custodian Cecelio dropped in (along with Ms. Hanson in the staff room). We talk about Friday, Star Wars, Sci Fi and watch the new TFA trailer together. We find out that Cecelio has NEVER SEEN STAR WARS BEFORE! Not your typical episode, but fun nonetheless!
