On this episode of Dewey Raw, join hosts Todd and Natalee as they dive into the hectic and anxiety-inducing world of bartending. In this episode, they are joined by guest speakers Blair and Cat, who share their experiences of working in a busy restaurant with a shortage of staff. Blair begins by recounting a particularly busy shift they had recently, where they were the sole bartender for a restaurant with 250 seats. Despite being the only bartender, there were seven servers working alongside them, adding to the chaos. They even had a mishap with a broken Bloody Mary glass, which led them to call for assistance from someone named Doug, who accidentally burned the ice, and Linda eventually cleaned up the mess. In the midst of all the chaos, a customer even asked if they could change their tires at the restaurant, adding another layer of absurdity to the situation. But Blair assures the listeners that they always make sure to alert someone if they run out of a product called Blue Moon, emphasizing that it's not

Apparently, the media crew got too wrapped up in Matty Kaspers Birthday celebrations and started a fun conversation about hall passes.   

Shout out to all the teachers with school ending.  This week we get into a more serious conversation about teachers' skill sets applied to the service industry from the perspective of two ex-teachers. but mostly just silliness from staff on a Sunday Funday.

Todd is joined by Toastie and Meg on the back deck of the new Starboard Claw in Dewey Beach to assess the first few days of the restaurant converting from soft opening to fully open for the summer.
