We chat to the who's who of the South African Trail scene, preview races, catch up with experts and give advice from running your first small race up to the biggest trail runs in South Africa and globally.

The amazing thing about Darren is at the beginning of 2012 he was 60 kilograms heavier than he is now.     We have to say that this is one of our favourite episodes of Trail Talk SA. Our two guests this week were phenomenal and shared some great insights into what they do. On Episode 5 of Trail Talk SA:Brad spoke with Landie Greyling who recently finished in the top 10 at the Long Distance Trail World Championships.
