Pastor Chris calls on the church to move forward and accomplish the task He has for us. Will we be like the believers in the day of Nehemiah? Will we rebuild even in our day?

How are we using the gifts that God has given? Pastor Chris encourages us to be a good steward so that we will be unashamed when we see our Savior face to face.

Pastor Chris talks about the 'model servant' - Jesus Christ. The thought of the only begotten Son of God getting down and taking the dirty, probably stinky feet of His disciples, and cleaning them ... it's really a challenge to what we think of when we say 'servant.' He was humble. He cared more for the needs of others than for his reputation. What does that say about his humility?

God has made us free. What will we do with that freedom? Will we choose to depend on Him?

God has a plan for the men of the family. Will you answer the call and be a real man of God?

Jesus wasn't just our Savior. He didn't only pay for our sins and then go away. Instead, He also said He would guide us throughout our lives. He would never leave us. Why run away from such a Shepherd?

Nehemiah had a task at hand: rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem during dark and troubling times. Looking to God, Nehemiah accomplished the great work God had for Him to do. The challenge remains to us. Will we pull up our sleeves and do the work God has given us to do?

How is your 'togetherness?' When you think of church, do you think of family? Do you think of brothers and sisters? Or is it just a place to sit and listen to a message? Together, God will use us to be a light to the world. But separate and fighting each other, God cannot bless.

God desires gifts from a willing heart. Would you want a gift from someone who didn't really want to give anything to you? Probably not. God loves heart that are joyful in giving, trusting in Him. Can you give with that heart? If you can't, why don't you ask God to work in your heart so you can give back to Him with a heart of trust.

God allows us the opportunity to prove our love for Him by how we give away ourselves--including money. Is our true God in whom we trust the dollar? Or is it the almighty, passionate, everything under His control God?

God created the family and in the family is the role of mom. God gives grace to the mothers who seek Him to know how to really help their children. Learn from the heart of God as to how to be a good parent by His standards.

Jesus has one mission: to reach people with the good news of eternal life. He wants to see people come to Him. How passionate are we about what is so passionate to Him?

"For God so loved the world ..." It is a well-known verse, but for the world that God loved so much, how many have been truly brought to him? How far do we go, how hard do we labor, how much do we really pray for the world that God loved? Let this challenge ring in our hearts, "God so loved the WORLD."

Jesus sat at meal with his friends. And his desire ... to be remembered. Remember me. I'm going to be slaughtered as the Lamb. Remember me. I have to finish the work God gave me to do. But don't forget ... don't forget me.

God promised that He would give a Lamb to reconcile the world to Himself. And so, Jesus came...and laid down his life.

If Jesus didn't raise from the dead, there is NO point to our faith. It's the same as every other religious founder who is in the grave. But if Jesus did raise from the dead, that changes EVERYTHING. He is alive. He's available. We can call out to Him and He has authority over death and over us ...

It's interesting to think that hundreds of years before Christ was even born, the prophet Isaiah wrote, "he was bruised for our iniquities ... with his stripes we are healed."

Sometimes it seems that God isn't there for us or isn't listening. Our prayers seem to fall on "deaf" ears. But what does God say? Though He tarries, there will come a time where He will answer. He has a purpose for making us wait.

God is a big God who offers a great salvation. One so great that we can barely understand it. Pastor Chris unpacks the truth of the judgment of God against sin, and the wonder of His salvation from sin.
