  • Your Life is Your Prayer

    23/12/2020 Duration: 01h01min

I read every book from cover to cover each week. It's the only way, for me, to feel confident in conversing with my guests as the discussions are not interrogations, but rather provide a flow of good, beneficial information that listeners can take away and incorporate into their lives. This book, I also read. But more importantly, I felt it. I cried through almost the entire book. I had to take out my contacts and wear glasses, which I learned, steam up. I kept reading and I kept crying. When I put the book down, I felt so different. SO DIFFERENT. It was a positive transformation I did not see coming at all. No matter your belief system, no matter how you view what praying is or what prayers are, I truly believe if you read this book with mindfulness and a willingness to open your heart, you too, will be changed for the better. For me, it was immediate. So, check out the show and get excited about praying in a way that is truly beneficial.

  • Do Unto Earth: It's Not Too Late

    09/12/2020 Duration: 01h11min

Do Unto Earth delivers a message of hope, without focusing on the challenges as much as the solutions. If we implement this wisdom if we share this message we can come together to make the necessary changes and turn around our environmental crisis. It is not too late.  Pax is the Divine Wisdom Source introduced to the world through the writings of author Penelope Jean Hayes and channeler Carole Serene Borgens. Perhaps you know of other writings channeled from Spirit. Have you heard of the Abraham-Hicks books, or the Conversations with God books, or The Bible, or any number of world-renowned channeled writings of Spirit wisdom? Just as those writings are channeled information from a higher source, so is Pax Wisdom. The primary message that Pax has for humanity is of even broader reach and significance: the wellbeing of our planet, the ways that we treat each other and all living things, and how to change our hearts and actions. Pax does not merely list our environmental and social issues; he tells us what to

Starting at age 4, Solheim has led a paranormal life and encountered angels, ghosts, demons, haunted houses, spirits of all kinds, cryptids, telekinesis, telepathy, and more. The modern scientific world has no patience for the 'paranormal.' High strangeness experiences are explained away as dumb luck, coincidence, or misperception. Surely, we're told, no educated person could possibly believe in telepathy, spirits, ghosts, or magic. But in a spellbinding series of true vignettes in the life of college professor Bruce Olav Solheim, the paranormal is vibrantly alive. Timeless is not about belief. It's about genuine experiences that science has yet to understand. Highly recommended. Bruce Olav Solheim was born on September 3, 1958, in Seattle, Washington, to hard-working Norwegian immigrant parents, Asbjørn and Olaug Solheim. Bruce was the first person in his family to go to college. He served for six years in the US Army as a jail guard and later as a helicopter pilot. He earned his PhD in history from Bowlin

  • Master Your Code: The Art, Wisdom, and Science of Leading an Extraordinary Life

    22/01/2020 Duration: 57min

Are Your Beliefs Hijacking Your Life? The big idea: As human beings, we’re born with roughly 20,000 genes that fill every cell in our body. This genetic code makes us who we are and guides our behavior. From the moment we take our very first breath, we’re genetically hardwired to react, avoid risks, and stay safe. Or so we think. What if this is a myth? What if we’re not genetically determined? What if we can erase and replace our internal programming—and master our own code? The so-what: For more than 50 years, scientists operated under the largely untested assumption that our genes govern our behavior. But the emerging field of epigenetics has revealed a new truth: our genes don’t have full control of our lives. We do. The key message: Our behavior is driven by a subconscious program of our own making, one that’s a result of our environment. Throughout our lives, we accumulate thousands of beliefs, values, and rules that help us make sense of the world. They guide how we behave, but they also limit our

  • The 7 Laws of Enough: Cultivating a life of sustainable abundance

    12/12/2018 Duration: 01h02min

The gap between those who have and those who don’t grows; the deep conflicts within our society around race and privilege are pervasive; and many other inequities undermine our sense of safety and belonging in our world. As individuals, we try to satisfy our longing for love and connection with the consumption of more and more stuff. But our unbridled obsession with consuming more of everything with blatant disregard for the impact on us, on other species, and on the planet does just the opposite, eroding our well-being while irreparably damaging our Earth. Most of us save our expressions of gratitude for the holiday season . . . and here we are, in the midst of it but, according to Gina LaRoche and Jennifer Cohen authors of The 7 LAWS OF ENOUGH: Cultivating a Life of Sustainable Abundance, counting your blessings year-round can be good for your mental health and well-being, ultimately boosting your chances of success.  Thanksgiving aligns with the essence of this book. It’s about appreciating what you have
