Nick Symmonds Nick is an American athlete and entrepreneur. As an athlete, Nick has found much success on the track and in the mountains. A two-time Olympian, Nick competed for the United States in the 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games. Though he has focused on the 800 meters for the majority of his career, he also has a personal best in the mile of 3 minutes and 56 seconds. Nick has yet to run a marathon, but it is something he hopes to do soon! In the mountains, Nick has built up an impressive resume in a very short time. Michelle Lilienthal Michelle is a four-time US Olympic Marathon trials qualifier, most recently qualifying for the 2020 trials at the 2017 Chicago Marathon. She is a former member of Team USA Minnesota and ran some her best races on Minnesota soil, including her marathon PR, 2:34 at the Twin Cities Marathon, and her half marathon PR, 1:11 at the Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon in Duluth. Allie Kieffer Allie graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in Psychology in June 2009. At Wake Forest, she competed on the cross country and track & field teams for four years and earned All-ACC honors in cross country in 2008 and was also selected as the ACC Runner of the Week in 2008. In 2012, Allie qualified for the US Olympic Trials in the 10,000m, but was unable to compete due to injury. In January 2016, Allie was the first place woman finisher at the Miami Marathon (2:55:30). Later that year, she set the indoor marathon world record at the The Fort Washington Avenue Armory Indoor Track Marathon in a time of 2:44:44 (the record was broken the following year). Ben Rosario Ben was a Division II All American at Truman State University, before landing a spot on the Hansons-Brooks Distance Project team in 2003. There he became the youngest qualifier for the 2004 Olympic Trials Marathon where he finished 37th. He returned to his hometown of Saint Louis in the summer of 2005 and that fall finished second at the U.S. Marathon Championships at the Twin Cities Marathon. Gwen Jorgensen Less than two years after Gwen began professionally racing triathlon, she qualified for the 2012 London Olympics. In 2013, Gwen made history as the first American woman to win an ITU WTS race.  Gwen was undefeated between May 2014 to April 2016, during which time she earned an unprecedented 12 consecutive wins on the ITU WTS circuit and qualified for her second U.S. Olympic Triathlon Team. In 2016, Gwen became the first American to win an Olympic gold medal in the sport of triathlon during the Rio Summer Games.

Jared Ward Born and raised in Kaysville, Utah, Jared attended Davis High School prior to Brigham Young University, where he earned a Masters Degree in Statistics. While competing for the Cougars, Jared was a two-time Cross Country All-American. The streets of Los Angeles have become Jared's home away from home winning the 2015 US Championships and qualifying for the 2016 Olympic marathon team there. In addition to running fast himself, Jared is passionate about helping other develop as running, stating: "I have been given a gift and I want to share what I have learned."

Matt teaches 3rd and 4th grade at Highlands Elementary School in Edina, Minnesota and is the Girls Cross Country Coach at Edina High School.
