    Flood comes to Pfeiffer after serving as the head coach at the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, Conn. Flood started the women’s program in 2003 and the men’s program in 2009. While in charge of the Knights, he coached Oscar Pereiro to four-consecutive NCAA Division II titles in the 100-yard backstroke. In total, he helped guide three swimmers to eight individual NCAA titles, three relay teams to NCAA titles and had two athletes set NCAA records.     Andrew Sheaff is serving in his first year as an assistant coach for the Virginia men's and women's swimming and diving team, joining the staff in April 2018. Sheaff was a volunteer coach with Virginia during the 2017-18 season, working alongside the current staff in DeSorbo’s first year as the head coach of the program. With the help of Sheaff, the Cavaliers recorded nine school records and five ACC titles in addition to seeing 60 performances rank in the top 10 on Virginia’s all-time list.     Dan Mascolo is the Head Coach of the YMCA Spartaquatics Swim (YSSC) program.  Dan has been the Associate Head Coach of the National Champion YMCA Short Course and Long Course Cheshire Y/Sea Dog Swim Club for the past 13 years, along with being the Head Coach for the CT State Champion Cheshire High School Girl's Team for the past 6 years. Dan has provided leadership to YMCA swimming championships and Connecticut High School championships, winning the 2017 State Championship with Cheshire High School as Head Coach. The Cheshire YMCA Women won the 2018 YMCA Short Course National Championship and the Long Course National Championship. Dan has twice been recognized as the Connecticut Age Group Coach of the Year, won the YMCA Character Champion Award, coached over 100 swimmers YMCA National Top 10 performances, and his swimmers have won 16 Connecticut Age Group Team Championships.     Paul is currently the head coach of the Sheridan Storm Swim Team in Quincy, Illinois. Paul began coaching the Berkeley Swim Team in 1981. From there, Paul began his first full-time job coaching swimming with the North County Swim Club in St Louis, Missouri. Since then Paul has dedicated his entire professional career to coaching young athletes. “I have been blessed to have coached so many awesome young men and women in the pool while witnessing their successes out of the pool."     Bobby Guntoro is the Associate Head Coach for Men's Swimming and Diving at NC State. He joined NC State in the fall of 2012, serving three seasons as an assistant coach for the Wolfpack before being named associate head coach in the fall of 2017. Guntoro has been a part of the program’s climb to the top of the national rankings, as he played a role in the men’s program’s four consecutive ACC titles and the team’s top-10 finishes at the NCAA Championships in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. He also helped the Wolfpack women to its first conference title since 1980. In 2017, the women ended Virginia’s nine-year streak to win the ACC crown and earn its highest NCAA finish in program history, taking seventh. In 2016, Guntoro helped coach the women to a second-place finish at the ACC Championships. The women’s team went on to complete an eight-spot climb at the NCAA Championship to finish inside the top 10 at No. 9.     Rob Clayton is the Head Coach for men's swimming and diving at the U.S. Air Force Academy. Clayton came to the Academy in 1997 and worked with women’s coach Casey Converse to coach the Academy’s first woman to qualify for the NCAA Division I Championships at the conclusion of the 1997-98 season. Clayton then took over the reins of the men’s program for the 1998-99 season. He has coached men to 27 individual conference championships and two relay conference championships. 10 of his swimmers have competed in the Olympic Trials, including in 2008 when eight former Falcons participated in the Trials. In addition to his coaching duties, Clayton also instructs cadets in swimming and water survival classes.
