COL DJ Reyes (USA, ret) is a VTC Senior Veteran Mentor and Program Coordinator, 13th Circuit Court in Florida. Untreated or unmanaged PTSD, TBI, MST or other behavioral health condition is dealt with in a VTC by a collaborative group of the judge, attorneys, VJO, family, and VTC Mentors, to provide treatment and rehabilitation with an 88% success rate for first time participants.
