So we invited Emer on the podcast to share more of her journey and the result is a fantastic interview and an invaluable insight into her experiences as a person of colour who grew up in Ireland and lived in the US. Adrian's documentary will hit our screens in the Autumn but we caught up with him in advance to learn why he chose young people as the subject of his next documentary, what he learned about them, what value he saw in the youth work sector and so much more.
