Synopsis

Jon Lunceford and Tim Melton used to host a daily sports talk show called Jox Primetime on WJOX 94.5 in Birmingham, AL. Off the Record was a way for them to share stories off the air in a different way. Now it is their only way. Conversations, deep discussions, real life stuff. This is non-scripted, real discussion between Jon, Tim and special guests who come in and out of the studio. They could talk about sports, politics, entertainment or any other aspect of life.
