This week's interview is with Charlie Chang. A 27-year old entrepreneur from Los Angeles. We talk about his entrepreneurial journey and all of his side hustles he has and how he got started with them. In this interview we talk about his photography hustle, clothing business, amazon fba e-commerce business, and his real estate brokerage.  We also talk about self-improvement and how that has changed his life. New episode with an unbelievable life story of a guy who went from accounting job to Wushu world champion to working with martial art legends Jackie Chan and Jet Li This is an interview with my friend Alfred Hsing (alfredrocks.com). He is the first American to win a gold medal at the World Wushu Championships. Wushu is a Chinese martial art that has thousands of years of history.  After winning the gold medal, Alfred got a job living, working and traveling with Jet Li where he got to be a part of Jet Li’s daily life and meet celebrities and business leaders all over the world. This week's episode is with Asian dating & confidence coach Danny Kim of ABCs of Attraction.  Danny is like Will Smith in the movie Hitch. He travels around the world from city to city teaching his clients how to attract their dream women.  Danny is the real deal. This week i had the opportunity to chat with Seibo Shen and Brandon Chien. Two super interesting, insightful dudes with a lot of knowledge to share. They have a podcast called Happy Asian Males where they talk about all sorts of stuff like business, psychedelics, fitness, mental health, and a lot more. all stuff that I’m super interested in. This week’s guest is Andy Park, the founder of 7till8. 7till8 makes custom fit surf and dive wetsuits tailored to your body’s specifications. Just go on their website, send your measurements, and then they send you a custom wetsuit. In this episode we talk about Andy's journey on how he created this company. How do you create a company like this without any experience manufacturing a wetsuit? All he had was his love for surfing and in this episode we talk about the steps he took to make it a success.  

My conversation with entrepreneur Michael Koh of Tree to Tub. Michael created an all natural-skincare brand with his buddy after graduating from college. The main ingredient of his brand is a berry that comes from Taiwan called the soapberry. When you mix the berry with some water, it creates a natural soap. Michael and his friend created a company around this soapberry and does multiple millions of dollars per year. In our conversation today, we talk about his entrepreneurship story but we also go into a bunch of other different topics. This conversation kind of goes all over the place but i like it because you get to learn a lot of his thought process and mindset for things other than business.

This week is a new episode with Calvin Sun. I think Calvin could be in my personal top 5 “Most Interesting Man in the World.” He is an award-winning documentary filmmaker, former MTV show host, dancer, medical doctor, and entrepreneur. There’s probably a few more that I left out. Calvin is an ER Doctor in New York City and he’s traveled to 170+ countries. What’s crazy is that he traveled to 150 of those countries during medical school and residency. While traveling, Calvin, started a blog documenting his travels which turned into a travel company. Yo! In this episode I interview Danny Tran. Danny is the founder of multiple 6-figure businesses under his belt...all at the age of 25.  I talk to Danny about his first business launching a watch brand on Kickstarter and making 6 figures. He then got sued and lost all the money he made. He told me he went from rock-bottom to creating his successful digital marketing agency he runs now. Dudes! Really special episode with my friend TK.  TK and his brother grew up in New Jersey and then moved to China to start a sneaker brand. That didn't work out but their travels to Korea inspired them to start a streetwear brand mixing in traditional Korean elements.  Yes, a Korea inspired streetwear brand. With no money, no experience, no nothing they built this brand from the ground up and even had a runway show at New York Fashion Week in 2018.  I love this episode.

We talk about Asians in media today, how to get better representation in media, the rise of China, and much more. 

Victor is a badass entrepreneur. When I first got to Seoul, several people within my network told me that I had to meet Victor. "Who the hell is this Victor guy?!" I thought. Well I had a chance to meet him and talk to him about his wine-accessories business. He is the #1 seller for the product in his category on Amazon. If you don't know what that means...just know that it is huge and incredibly difficult to do. Victor is a super interesting guy and I loved my chat with him. We talk about entrepreneurship, business mindset, and selling on Amazon.  This is a great episode!

When I had the idea for The Badass Asian Dudes Podcast, I knew I had to get Ben on the podcast.  I met Ben several years back at an entrepreneur conference and he is one of the most badass asian dudes I know. Ben co-founded the company Natural Stacks, and I've seen it grow from one product to now over 20 with an incredible loyal fanbase of customers.  Natural Stacks sells nootropic supplements - supplements for your brain.  Ben has a lot of great entrepreneurial stories to tell in this podcast.  For example, the story of how he sponsored with the World Series of Poker Champion Martin Jacobson.
