While some fear the prospects of getting older, and there is a multi-billion dollar industry that caters to people's fear of aging. There is something an anti-wrinkle cream cannot fix and that is age. With time comes mistakes, wisdom and more mistakes but that's the fun part about aging. The older we get the wiser (some) of us become. 

A recent journal entry made me realize how far removed I've been from myself by way of a memory from high school I have long repressed. Along the way I learned that actions have consequences and excuses become disrespectful to the people we hurt. On the season 2 premiere, fill your cup with me as we take a deep dive into the meaning of my name by way of my mother as she tells the story of why she gave me a name separate from my father. As we journey through the season and her life we get a backstory into her marriage, and find some lessons along the way.  

On the season finale, fill your cup with me as we journey through Mexico by way of a drake lyric that has been quoted multiple times on all social media platforms and learned that sometimes  friends are found in unlikely places and unlikely people. Listen as I recount my favorite trip of 2020 and how I wished I enjoyed it more in retrospect.

On today's episode of Fill My Cup; listen as your host talks about one of the trickiest things to navigate in adulthood--time. A lesson on failure shifted my perspective on how important it is to trust the timing of my life by way of the multiverse and airplane analogy.
