Today on Dead Cells, we cover 'Ghost Hunt'. This is a creepy little 2006 paranormal investigation anime that I found on Funimation a few years ago. With shades of X-Files and Outer Limits, those who like the mind of a ghost hunter will enjoy this one. With all my adoration of Hans Holzer as one of the first spirit investigators, and fascination with current technological trends, I do wish there was a second season of this. Today on Dead Cells, we cover 'Fist of the North Star' which is a super gory action anime from 1986. Sibling rivalry at it’s finest. If you like martial arts, exploding heads and wild screaming, this one is for you. If, like me, you watched this years ago let me know if you think it has lost its punch. Boobs and guns galore, this one will appeal to fans of The Walking Dead, 28 Days Later and any fun harem anime you can name. Today on Dead Cells we are going to talk about the horror anime “Hell Girl”. A good, though sleepy anthology that deals with revenge and the underworld. This is one of the first anime I watched when I first discovered Crunchyroll streaming free the last time I was in college. It comes from Studio Deen who have brought us Pupa, Is This A Zombie?, and other harem, crime, romance and slice-of-life animes. Let me know if there is anything you think I should be watching!
