Pandemic pushed us to be better or pulled us apart internally & pulled apart our relationships with others! 2 lessons from this: 2) ask NEVER assume —always communicate!! 2) instead of getting depressed, anxious, angry, or fearful and saying “why is this happening to me?!” Ask “what can learn from this opportunity? Where can I grow, get better and serve others? Thinking of yourself only makes you more lonely and miserable!
