Hey lil demons! Sometimes you make plans, set goals and its great. You're going to gym, eating healthy, and getting sh*t done... For about 3 weeks. Then one day you're tired, you want a cheat meal and those goals start to fade from view. All motivation is lost. But not this day! Today demons are going to learn about motivation and how to maintain it. This week Avery is teaching Carol how to stay motivated to achieve their goals.
