In this super special edition of the Caged Vision Podcast, I interview Brigadier General (Brig Gen) Shawn Campbell. We discuss his nearly 3 decades of leadership in the US Air Force and newly minted US Space Force. Brig Gen Campbell dives into how doing things differently as a leader is many times what is required to reverse failure and achieve success. He is an example of a true pioneer in change management and transformation on a massive scale. For example, his instrumental efforts in building the first new independent service of the DoD in nearly 75 years from the ground up - the new USSF.
