I love the way you make your guests feel cause they open up in a way I rarely saw on other shows. Beside the great nerdy tips they seem to be willing to share deeper stuff - ex I now know what's Vance Powell monthly break even or that huge mixers still suffer from "impostor syndrome" - and this is very inspiring and precious. I've been in the music industry as a session player, then a mixer/producer for nearly 20 years and as covid hit I was having a major momentum that got slowed down quite a bit.
