I have people ask me this question all the time: "How do I find time for marketing"?The short answer is you don't "find it". You don't wait for it to "show up". You block out time in your schedule for marketing just like you would an important appointment.  Marketing is the lifeblood of your business, so it has to be on the top of your to-do list. I'll take it one step further. Marketing is your #1 job before anything else.  You won't have any properties to look at if you don't have a marketing plan for consistently generating leads.
