One month in to the new year - are you still on track with your health and fitness intentions and goals? You may well have never even got started. In this episode I share a simple exercise to help identify what you're more likely to do by way of exercise and diet and in so doing select a more suitable regime that you'll stick with. For those who are still on track I share some tips on how to make the new habit stick.
