Darryl Sharp is in his 12th season with the Hampton University men's basketball program He is responsible mostly for recruiting. What are you looking for when you're recruiting? As an assistant coach at Washburn High School in Minneapolis, Minn. Graduate of Bloomsburg (Pa.) University with a degree in economics, Sharp spent time as a broker for Robert W. Baird and U.S. Bank before getting into coaching. Worked in private business in investment banking, business development, and human resources.
