Karl Dyall is a swedish actor, singer, dancer, father, former national team tae kwan do, entrepreneur and crossfit games athlete - making him the fittest guy in Sweden for his age group and almost fittest guy in the world. He is the owner of CrossFit Solid that has had their Team going to the games several times and he has trained Lukas Högberg as he just got started. Karl shares a story about how it is coming down crashing and start all over and he tell us the simple way of how to get out of the hole.
