In this episode, Morris Sussex Sports interviews 15-year-old Taekwondo phenom Larissa Donohue who is coming off winning Silver at the PanAm Open in Portland, Oregon in June and taking Bronze at the USA Taekwondo National tournament in Minneapolis. The Villa Walsh sophomore is classified as an All American by USAT and is eyeing the 2024 and 2028 Olympics as her long term goal. Rarely is there such a high caliber athlete in the midst of our community so Morris Sussex Sports felt her story needed to be told. During this interview, Larissa talks about how she climbed the ranks of Taekwondo and what it's like to compete at such a high level with the rigorous training and diet regime that being an elite athlete requires.
