"Hey, can you finish this project for me?"   How many times have you been at work, in a group setting, anywhere… and heard that asked of you? How many times did you take on the task?   Ask yourself a question… Did you get any value from that? When it was done, would be you get the credit? Will you get an acknowledgment from anyone for YOUR work?   Look at the sentence again…   "Hey, can YOU do this project for ME?"   They don't want to do it… and want someone else to take on their responsibility.   Show the true value that you have in yourself.
