Frank Failla is a retired NYPD Sgt. who started his career with the NYPD being assigned to the busiest Precinct during one of the busiest times in NYC to be a Cop. Over 100 homicides a year in a Precinct that was only two miles long. After Frank retired he started performing Stand Up Comedy and acting and is working his way up the ladder. Mark and Franks share an interesting and funny look into working as a Cop and being funny. The episode fly's by. Which is a sign that these two could probably continue talking for another hour.
