He thought he’d become a park ranger, but his love of guitar and music sent Dave to Belmont University in Nashville. He started a band (The Coal Men, still active after 24 years), had a brief publishing deal with Acuff-Rose Music, played for years with Duane Jarvis, and a long list of Nashville’s roots and Americana artists. Producing, recording, and mixing became his day to day around 2010. He’s a self described “multi-instrumentalist with a community-driven heart.” Dave has produced and recorded albums for Amelia White, Tim Carroll, The Rough & Tumble, Lynn Tay
