We’re back again for another episode of Mind Gap Podcast! This week, Justin & Doug lament how much they miss having Jarryd Urbas on the show before chatting about Justin’s 40th birthday trip to Mexico. This leads to the dorks talking about the struggles of getting older both mentally and physically. Doug then goes on a rant about why he hates the corporate workplace including leaders who won’t adopt the remote work model, misunderstanding worker motivations, and immature older workers.
