For more than 30 years, Rick McKay has been a fixture in the National Football League. The current President and CEO of the Falcons, McKay spent 10 years as GM of the Buccaneers and now has 11 former assistants that are GM's of NFL franchises. He is also the son of USC coaching legend John McKay. This week, Rick talks about every issue facing the NFL, his work in building stadiums and his route to a leadership spot in the league.
