Texans Defense Decimated It was the first series of the last Sundays' game and after two quick injuries the Texans' defense and the City of Houston were decimated. Yet its the "Quarter Pole" of the young 2017 NFL Season with the Texans getting their Bye Week at a most propitious moment in their schedule. 3-1 Broncos Enter the Bye What a difference a few wins, home field advantage and a suffocating defense makes. The Denver Broncos enter the bye week coming off (another) home victory, this time against heated rivals the Oakland Raiders 16-10.
