Jesus Christ moves from speaking to living Red Letters, he shows us how to love the untouchable, the enemy and invisble.

Looking back at the Red Letter to set prayer in motion.

We end the Sermon on the Mount where we started back at the Beatitudes. The blessings for walking the narrow road.

The Sermon on the Mount ends with an honest invitatioin and tests for the authenticity of our faith. Ftuit and foundations.

Christ speaks to the issue of judging. He challenges us to be self relfective, discerning and careful.

How do we seek first the kingdom of God? Jesus speaks to the aspects of this in Matthew 5:19-34.

A second warning comes about of prayer life. Christ gives us the how tos of meaningful prayer.

Matthew 6 sarts with the warning to practice righteousness privately. The Red Letters begin speaking to the practices of righteousness of every believer.

Moving froma vigilante to a lover. Living under his control instead of being in control.

God wants our word to matter both in the promises of marriage and in the oaths we make. Kingdom people keep their word.

Jesus begins teachings us the ethics and actions of kingdom people. He raises our attitutudes to the level of our actions with the first of six examples.

John 11 gives us a picture of Jesus emotional connected to life. We need to see this Jesus!

Jesus shifts from our attitudes to our actions and begins challenge us to live with kingdom obedience.

We begin delving into the Christ’s sermon by asking the question of what it means to be salt and light. The eight beatitudes hold the keys to our relationship with God and those around us.

He is risen and the power of His resurrection is availbe to all of us. Today we speak of life resurrected life for each of us.
