    In the first episode of the 2020-2021 school year, the podcasts host Lincoln Matuskiewicz (9 Intl), along with Anneli Harvey and Mathieu Mondage welcome back our students and new teachers to the virtual campus. They also introduced the podcast's new name, now called La Voix du LILA - Burbank (The Voice of LILA - Burbank), along with some changes on how the podcast can be experienced. The change of the name is meant to reflect the evolution of the platform as well as a better representation of the many languages spoken among our families here at the International School of Los Angeles, currently 40 and counting! Ms. Harvey and Mr Mondage share insights on the new student platform called Homebase and how incredible our teachers have been in bringing this to life for the upcoming school year. It is also important to note that these are trying times for many, and getting a good night's sleep and following a regular routine are important to maintaining good mental health.     The school year is almost complete and for our last podcast interview of the term, it was certainly special. Mr Jean De Rivieres (LILA parent/SVP Ubisoft) joins us to give a little insight on his experience as an entertainment industry executive and a preview of what he will be presenting to the students next week during his Masterclass. It was incredibly interesting to hear him describe his time growing up in France eventually deciding to come to the United States for university as a scholarship athlete to play tennis. Afterwards moving back to France to earn his Master's, at which time he decided to pursue what has become his career.
