While the Los Angeles Rams had already set themselves up for 2018 prior to the draft in Dallas, the work they had to do put things in place for the long-term future beyond 2018. The Los Angeles Rams' 2018 schedule has been released, and it offers a wildly entertaing slate for what should one of the NFL's best teams. The NFC West is, uh, changing. Or has it already changed? On paper, the only position that appears to need to be addressed is the linebacker position. Coincidentally — or maybe not — that appears to be where the focus has been with visits, so far. However, with contracts expiring and an aging left tackle in Andrew Whitworth, should the Rams focus on the future in the draft? After all it is Defensive Coordinator Wade Phillips' MO to not put too much stock in the linebacker position (excluding the edge), and to develop little known talents. Are the Los Angeles Rams legitimate Super Bowl picks after their most recent moves over the last month?
