    Mama!  I NEEDED to release this episode on the podcast because I needed to share a REAL ass conversation with you about where I was in the beginning of 2018 compared to where I am right now, nearly halfway through 2019. I was NOT taking care of my physical and mental wellbeing last year.  And I was ASSUMING that everyone on the planet knew what I needed and it was their job to provide that for me.  Said another way, I was NOT communicating SHIT with my family, and I was resentful when they didn't 'know' magically somehow that I was needing them.   Yeah, even coaches go through their own bullshit, mamas.  And I want to be 9000% transparent about that. Because in social media world, we can make things seem so perfect, so filtered, so inauthentic, and that creates this illusion that we all feel magical all the fucking time, and that isn't always the case.   • How I Used A Hard Lesson In 2018 To Feel So Effin' Good

    So, I'm airing a little dirty laundry today.   Basically, I'm talking about how I began 2018 with these crazy awesome goals, expectations, and ideas of how EXACTLY it was all supposed to go down.... ....only to find myself pissed off, frustrated, overwhelmed, and like "why me" when it wasn't working for a variety of reasons.   I was trying to "control freak" my way to reaching goals that yes, were awesome....but also...I was being SO RIGID with the "how" of how I was going about trying to accomplish them.   I learned some great lessons, that I didn't know I needed to learn.  So a little bit of a blessing in disguise!
