To finish our round-up on the local parties' proposals on how to improve the mobility in and around Luxembourg-City, our last two guests to speak on Local Matters today come from the Pirates and the CSV.

The time to decide has come. We have five days left until the municipal elections. On Local Matters today, we focus on the solutions that the different parties propose for the traffic problems in the city of Luxembourg. In this piece, we compare the ideas of three parties, the Democratic Party DP, the Green Party Dei Greng and Mir d’Vollek, we the people.

Exactly five days are left before the municipal elections on Sunday, it's time to decide. On Local Matters today, we talk about how the VDL parties imagine the mobility of the future. By the time they're 13, most children in the Luxembourgish school system will have switched course languages 3 times. From learning in Luxembourgish in pre-school, to learning how to read and write in primary school in German, to then switching to French for some of the subjects once they are in 7th grade. This can be difficult for students who don't encounter these languages at home.
